Laura joined the O’Connell Law team in 2024. She has an extensive background in office management and customer relations. Laura has a keen eye for organizational detail and effective communication skills. Laura’s customer service skills make her a great fit at O’Connell Law as the firm’s MetLife Legal Assistant. She helps guide our MetLife clients from beginning to end as their “personal concierge” throughout the process. With her commitment to excellence, she consistently goes above and beyond to contribute to the success of the O’Connell Law team and our clients.
Laura was born and raised in Colorado and in 2020 moved with her family to make a fresh start in Idaho! When she is not working, her passion is her family. She loves being outside (not in the cold!) with her husband and two young sons. They enjoy camping, swimming and taking walks together.
