Nancy received her B.S. in Psychology from Nazareth College in Rochester New York and has 30 years of experience in the legal and financial worlds.
Nancy is a dedicated and compassionate legal assistant with a specialization in elder law. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing families today, she strives to provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the legal process. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others ensure that each client receives personalized attention and the highest level of care.
Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role allowing her to assist seniors and their families navigate the complexities of estate planning, long-term care planning, Medicaid eligibility, guardianship, and other legal matters specific to aging individuals. She serves as a trusted liaison between clients, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the elder law process. Whether it is coordinating appointments, gathering necessary documentation, or providing guidance on available resources, she is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Nancy also has extensive experience in the financial industry where she focused on personalized attention and proactive communication for all aspects of client servicing, ensuring that every interaction was characterized by professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. She also served as a central point of contact for clients offering proactive communication and timely updates which kept clients informed and educated and empowered them to make informed decisions about their financial future and to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence.
Nancy resides in Essex, Maryland with her husband and two kitties. She has two amazing daughters and one adorable granddaughter. Nancy loves to travel, read, cook, sew and sing in the church choir. She considers herself incredibly blessed to be a part of the O’Connell Law family.
