Nicole is a Lead Attorney at O’Connell Law. As a Massachusetts licensed attorney and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Nicole enjoys helping the firm’s clients with their elder law, estate planning, and estate administration needs.
Nicole graduated from Roger Williams University with her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Nicole obtained her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. During law school, Nicole interned at Veterans Legal Services, where she supported the staff attorneys in providing legal aid in bankruptcy, landlord-tenant, and family law to Massachusetts low-income veterans. Nicole was also an associate member of the New England Law Review Vol. 55, where she focused on MassHealth long-term care benefits and the future of family and community-based long-term care options.
As a law student, Nicole joined the O’Connell Law team as a law clerk, where she found her true passion in legal planning. Coming from a big family, Nicole enjoys working closely with other families to help them understand what the future may hold and to assist them in crafting a plan that leaves them and their loved ones with peace of mind.
When she is not working, you can find Nicole canoeing around Pea Porridge Pond, walking her dog on the trails of Littleton, or relaxing with family and friends. Nicole loves being outside and takes any opportunity to be on the golf course or the ski mountain. She also loves coffee and is always looking for a new local coffee shop to try!
